The coconut milk powder tastes delicious. What would be helpful though, is how much to use for the equivalent tin of coconut milk. So far, Nuts In Bulk has been unable to help with this information, saying it’s not their product, so they don’t know the answer. Excellent product, I use it instead of powdered milk in bread making at home. It gives a lovely soft texture to the bread.
